Monday the kids and Randy went on a trail ride and Randy was thrown off his horse. He is nursing his sore back and unable to play golf right now. He seems to be getting better every day though. The owners of the ranch were impressed with Jessica's riding skills and handling of the horses so much that they interviewed her on the spot and she is now our second "working woman" in the house. She started her new job this morning and will work and eleven hour day! I'm not sure if she's more excited about the job itself or the money she is already thinking of ways to spend! that's my daughter!

Then you click on the right picture icon (not the one that says senior pics). Click on "online albums" and type our last name in all lowercase letters and that will bring you to her 68 photos. We have a week to narrow it down to 8!
Yesterday I drove back up to Rice Lake to pick up a friend of Sydney's. Well, actually she is friends with all the girls but especially Sydney's. We will have her with us for about a week and then she'll head back. I always think it's fun for kids to go and visit different places during their summer breaks. So hopefully, the weather will co-operate and we will take her to see some things around here.
The time is already flying by this summer.
We have a big backyard remodel in store and will start on that soon, so we can have it completed by the end of the summer. I will have to post more about that at another time. Let's just say things around here are busy.
Brock is enjoying baseball even though his team isn't doing very well. He is golfing almost every day as well.
Britt is loving her new job! She is getting a little nervous for her trip out west. She will be flying for her first time and doing it alone!
Sydney is hanging out and we are making plans to paint and decorate her bedroom, but maybe that will wait til August.
Jessica is now working 11 hours shifts three days a week and playing basketball.
Randy and I are..... well we just keep moving along with the momentum of our family life.

Oh my gosh - how are you going to pick just 8 of those photos? I LOVE the ones with drum sticks and the ones outside really emphasize her natural beauty.
