Basketball season comes to an end.

Well another basketball season is almost over. Jessica played her last game last Friday night. They don't have play-off games for Varsity Reserve levels so she is finished. Her team had a good season and Jessie was their three point shooter! She finished out her season strong!
Brock's last travel team tournament was over a week ago. They finished out their season with a first place win! Their last game was against a state ranked team. His coach was notified that there was an opening in the State tournament and so he took it! Brock will continue to practice because now the Sparta 7th grade boys are heading to State! That tourney isn't until the end of March though.
Sydney's last game is this Thursday. She has enjoyed her first year of basketball. I am not sure if she'll continue with it but she has had fun. Her goal was to get the biggest floor burn of anyone! she is such a tough player and the best on defense. We'll work on her ball handling and shooting this summer!
The days are getting longer, the temperature is warming up and it's on to another season.
Brock's still undecided about baseball so we'll see. We'll be cheering on our Varsity boys' team though, seeing as Britt's boyfriend Andrew is on that team.
I can't wait to sit out in the sunny bleachers and watch a new sport. Trading in the court for the diamond!
